Myles Jadwin, 21, of 5729 W. Gunnison St. in Chicago, was charged Dec. 23 with theft after he allegedly attempted to leave Kohl’s, 4220 N. Harlem Ave., without paying for merchandise worth $130. Jadwin received a Feb. 11 court date in Rolling Meadows. Bond was set at $1,500.

Luis Perez, 24, of 3910 N. Nora Ave. in Chicago, was charged Dec. 26 with fleeing and eluding police, reckless driving and driving while his license was suspended following a traffic stop on the 4300 block of Harlem Avenue. Perez received a Jan 16 court date in Rolling Meadows. Bond was set at $2,000.

DRUGS
Chacaria Johnson, 25, of 1652 N. Mayfield Ave. in Chicago, was charged Jan 2 with possession of marijuana, driving with an expired license, driving with expired registration and failing to provide proof of insurance following a traffic stop on the 5000 block of Harlem Avenue. Johnson received a Jan 9 court date in Rolling Meadows. Bond information was not available.
Rachel Arias 19, of 4044 Pioneer Ave. in Chicago, was charged Dec. 31 with five counts of possession of a controlled substance after she allegedly had in her possession numerous types of prescription drugs following a traffic stop on the 6400 block of Montrose Avenue. Arias received a Jan 30 court date in Rolling Meadows. Bond information was not available.
DUI
Yuriy Leybyuk, 24, of 3146 N. Spaulding Ave. in Chicago, was charged Dec. 21 with driving while under the influence following a traffic stop on the 5100 block of Harlem Avenue in which he reportedly had a blood alcohol content of .143, about one-and-a-half times the legal limit of .08. Leybyuk received a Jan 16 court date in Rolling Meadows. Bond information was not available.
TRESPASS
David Gerth, 28, of 110 George St. in Bensenville, was charged Jan. 1 with criminal trespass and criminal damage to property after he allegedly broke a window while attempting to enter a residence on the 6600 block of Montrose Avenue. Gerth received a recognizance bond and a Jan 26 court date in Rolling Meadows.
